SnapJutsu is a ninja hand signs challenge game that uses your phone's camera to track your hand movements. Perform authentic hand signs, race against the clock, and test your ninja reflexes. The faster and more accurately you execute the signs, the higher your score.

Is SnapJutsu free to play?

Yes. SnapJutsu is free to download and play. All core game features are available at no cost.

Why does SnapJutsu need camera access?

SnapJutsu uses your camera to detect and recognize hand signs in real time. The camera feed is processed locally on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. Camera access is essential for the core gameplay.

How do I perform hand signs?

Open the app and allow camera access. The game will show you which hand sign to perform. Hold your hands up to the camera and form the sign. The app detects your gesture in real time and scores you based on speed and accuracy.

How does scoring work?

Your score is based on two factors: speed and accuracy. Faster recognition earns more points, and accurate hand sign formation gives bonus multipliers. Chain multiple signs correctly to build up combos.

The camera is not detecting my hand signs.

For best results:

  1. Ensure good lighting — avoid backlighting or very dark environments
  2. Hold your hands at a comfortable distance from the camera
  3. Keep a plain background behind your hands when possible
  4. Make sure the camera lens is clean

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

If SnapJutsu is crashing or not loading properly, try these steps:

  1. Close the app completely and reopen it
  2. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  3. Check that camera permissions are enabled in your device settings
  4. Restart your device
  5. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app

Is my camera data stored or shared?
